Securing coverage in the Evening Standard for Bromley Property Company

How is everyone? At this turbulent time, I’m delighted to have secured coverage last night for my client, Bromley Property Company, in the ‘Home and Property’ section of the London Evening Standard!

I’ve worked with Bromley Property Company Director Lewis McKale to create some social media video promos highlighting their new ‘Vendor Video Tours’, which is the estate agent’s way of being proactive in the current climate and getting house sellers involved. These tours give potential buyers the perfect time to browse from the comfort and safety of their homes, and enable them to ‘take notes’ on properties they’d like to view in the flesh once the social distancing restrictions are lifted.

Whilst the property market has had to slow right down for obvious reasons, our social media strategy has continued unperturbed, and we’ve been pleased with the amount of views and click-throughs our posts have continued to achieve.

In the current climate it’s the perfect opportunity for businesses and brands to create catchy social media campaigns whilst there are more ‘eyes on screens’. People aren’t necessarily spending more money but are certainly window shopping, so this is the time to turn an extremely unsettling and negative situation into a positive and showing potential customers and clients what you’re about.

What helps make Bromley Property Company stand out is the fact that they have a strong personal brand and are a very unique estate agent in the Bromley area. The fact they operate entirely online but with a very personal touch has meant that they have essentially been able to carry on working as usual. Through social posts and campaigns we’ve been able to emphasise their uniqueness and really harness this personal brand at a time that could be quite troubling for businesses without one.

I’m looking forward to creating more of this kind of video content for our clients over the coming weeks, and use the opportunity and time to work on some great ‘behind the scenes’ content that we can showcase here on our website.
